Vacation Rental in Merida

Casa de Sava is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home suitable to sleep 4 adults and is available for rental by the month at a rate of $1,350.00 USD.

Deposits and Damages
Please submit your reservation request using our reservation form. In order to reserve Casa de Sava, we ask for a 50% deposit within five days of notification that the dates are available. The 50% balance and a $1,000 damage deposit are due 30 days before your arrival. The damage deposit is refundable within ten days of inspection.

We accept US currency wired directly to our account in the United States or credit card/debit card payment through Pay Pal. There is a 4% surcharge by Pay Pal for credit cards. Specific instructions regarding payments will be emailed to you directly upon confirmation of the rental dates.

Pets and Children
Due to the unfenced swimming pool, we must request that guests at Casa de Sava do not include children under the age of 10.

There are no pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If we are able to schedule other guests to cover your canceled dates we will happily refund your payment.

We suggest you consider buying Trip Insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that might cause you to cancel your reservation.
